2. User Accounts & Conduct

To participate in the leaderboard, you are required to create an account by providing a username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene. We reserve the right to remove or rename any account at our sole discretion. You agree not to exploit bugs, use unauthorized scripts, or engage in any activity that disrupts the fair play of the game.

3. Leaderboard

By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that your username and score will be publicly displayed on the leaderboard. Your progress is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Venatus Project. The game, its levels, text, and graphics are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall The Venatus Project, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
